The second box was shipped shortly after. It was NOT only shipped because you asked about it. It was already in process. As far as the backordered item, there was a note in the first box informing you of the backorder. The item shows 9 in stock because they arrived to me and ARE back in stock. You sent a message asking about the "missing parts" and I explained they are in another box, on the way. You then opened a case anyway.
