No issue the first time, however, although they stated an early dispatch using Royal Mail 48 service, the tracking stated they were still waiting for the item. I contacted the supplier the day before the end due date as I suspected they had franked the parcel but failed to post it. I received no reply, but Royal Mail then updated as received a day later. It arrived two days late when in could have been a few days early. The product was fine no issue.
