Whether it will hold up for anything length of time, I can't say. It is from china or somewhere else, so I can't expect the highest quality for $60ish dollars. Fits my 1981 GL1100 Standard totally fine.

The filter and crush washer didn't fit as I mistakenly ordered the wrong model year items. I offered to return the items but didn't get a response. Next time, I'll pay closer attention.
