The head doesn't require a screw like the OEM part to secure the fly bar, it snaps into place and seems to hold well. A little tricky to get the fly-bar in. The key is to insert the fly bar with the nubs parallel to the shaft and then rotate the fly bar into place.

Shipped 2 days after purchase and arrived in 5 days from accross the country for a super low price. The kit was delivered on time, USPS slightly smashed the box but I pressed it back in place, no problem! The kit appeared as it did in the listing photos, new in a factory sealed box in mint condition. As usual with this seller, I'm very pleased with my purchase and I continue to highly recommend them. They are a top-notch Seller with great prices, but they should protect the envelope shipping a bit better in my opinion. They are also very communicative and do give the option for returns.
