The fragrance I purchased was advertised as new. However it arrived only 2/3 full. It had been packed securely and was undamaged in transit so it was sold this way. I reached out to the seller who responded promptly and was amenable to issuing a partial credit. Unfortunately it has been a number of weeks have gone by and that credit never materialized. I am very disappointed that the item sold as new was very obviously used.
