Only response was A1 that had nothing to do with question asked. I took the risk and purchased thinking permanent marker wouldn’t be used. I was wrong. Definitely would help if seller mentioned size marking is side of shoes are “permanent”. Otherwise shoes were packaged well for shipping and arrived in a timely manner.

I bought the boots for a new job and (unfortunately) USPS didnt scan the package correctly, so not to risk it I had to buy brand new. (unfortunately cost me more) The boots showed up to me, two days late.. I returned for this reason and they HONERED A FULL REFUND WHICH THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DO.. shipping fees clearly states are on the buyer for return.. WILL DO BUSNIESS WITH THEM AGAIN.. Thank you again 🙏
