    I don’t normally purchase stuff from eBay but this time I got really unlucky. The laptop arrived and it was as described, used with scratch marks and in a rough condition. I told the seller, and they were friendly and told me it’s a shame and to return it. Upon them receiving the item, they open up a case with eBay and claim that I 1) mispacked the item, 2) damaged it further and 3) purposely removed parts. They are a complete liar! All I did was package and send it in the same box with fedex!

    The item was not sent back in the original condition. The picture you are posting as proof that you sent it back in "good condition" is a picture of how it arrived to your location with my original packaging. That's not at all how the item came back. This is an expensive laptop and you sent it back without any protection just a laptop loose in a box with no protection all the way from California. The laptop is now destroyed so of course I would file a case any other seller would do the same.
