Queried by message and after delay advised parcel would be sent. Parcel then arrived Fri 14/11. So a week later than expected. However, aside from the delay, the parcel arrived well packaged, inside a plastic crate, with lots of bubble wrap. The monitor is of excellent quality with no scratches or marks that I can see. I am very happy with the monitor it is a great improvement over my old one
