The outer box was smashed and the mount for one monitor came through the outer box despite the excellent packaging and the mount was damaged, the other monitor suffered a smashed screen. Thank goodness for Buyer protection and PayPal I got a full refund. I would rate the seller as A+++++ and EVRI - well we all know how awful EVRI are.
