I stated the we would be happy to provided a full refund once they send the product back. That we need to process the refund according to eBay policy. So, instead of processing the refund request to allow us to return all funds the buyer put this feedback on our store. Our goal is to always provide customer service no matter the fault. But we do not provide funds outside of eBay policy.
