    Buyer can easily return for full refund. I asked him to start return process, and we will send him shipping label so it is no cost to him. Yet buyer refused, claiming he can not print out free return shipping label because he has no printer. Buyer claims unit defective, yet wants to keep it and get a refund. Will any store, Walmart, Target, Amazon, give a full refund without returning the item? Something smells rotten here, let the reader decide who is truthful based on the facts.
