The majority of the missions in this game are classified as Hunting Quests. In these quests, the game sends you to hunt down enemies after tracking, exploring, and provoking them. A Gathering Quest has you collect herbs, items, or monster parts as per the request of the quest-giver. Lastly, a Capture Quest is a bit more tricky, as these quests require you to weaken and capture your prey instead of killing them.There are two different ranks possible in the "Monster Hunter" game for the PS2. The Blademasters and Gunners offer drastically different combat styles, different sub-weapon types, and exciting ways to tackle the game's challenges. As a Blademaster, players can explore the game with a great sword, lance, hammer, of other traditional medieval weaponry. They can also be charged with different elements and status effects to manipulate the weaknesses of your enemies. Gunners can use light or heavy bow guns to take down their foes from a distance with hard-hitting combat or swift, debilitating attacks. Unlike other action role-playing games, the player isn't limited in the arms they use or how they use them. You can equip and wield whatever weapon you wish to use, provided you have the money to pay for it and the supplies to manage it.Get creative and develop custom male or female characters armed with advanced weaponry that can conquer all of the giant creatures of this Sony PlayStation game. Then, when you feel brave enough, you can battle monsters to gather new equipment, unlock materials, and create new combinations. All of this can be used to make the ultimate battle-ready character or team. Utilize the game's intuitive role-playing navigation to explore the monsters' world and take on new challenges.     Final Fantasy XIII for PS3 arrived CIB, but was not in the condition depicted. I contacted the seller, and they confirmed they had two listings, and must have sent the other copy by mistake. They provided a partial refund for return shipping. Some logistical issues and a longer time than both of us would like later, and I ultimately received the correct copy in "Very Good" condition.
