The listing stated that the item was brand new and unopened, which turned out to be misleading. The product had clearly been opened before — there were visible marks on the gamepad, the batteries were not working, and the contents didn’t match the original packaging. Even the console settings showed that it had been previously used. In fact, the listing photos themselves included photos of inside the box - which would have been impossible without opening it. The batteries were brand new, unused and still sealed.
