It seemed like it just came from the dealer. It was as described, only thing was the belt was missing and he said he would ship one out, but I had plans to upgrade the belt anyways, so I told him not to worry. The value, I can't tell you until I get my belt and get it operational, but I am certain that I will be extremely pleased.

When I received the amp , which is quite heavy, packing was marginal for what it was. It was also missing one of the 4 fuse holders that not been mentioned. Wrote the seller 3 times with no response. Was about to return amp when I stumbled across another seller that had one for sale. Bought it. Also bought a recap kit from another seller on ebay. Will have too much invested in amp but it will be good as new.
