(the postal service accidentally delivered it to my neighbour's house instead of mine so I found the parcel a day late, drenched with the rain, but the item inside the package was carefully wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap so it was completely safe and functional! I was really relieved haha) I had a positive experience with this seller!

Item shipped as described, everything functioned as intended. If you are in the U.S. definitely gotta watch those tariffs, that hurt but definitely not the seller or shippers fault. Other then that this seller had it cheaper then anyone else I've seen so was willing to take that hit. Seller is very professional. Definitely knows their stuff. Well I do wish it wasn't so expensive I get why it is so can't really complain.

They were also helpful in answering questions about operating and maintaining the console, and was upfront about any costs, which I appreciated. The build turnaround time was also quick, and as described. Only issue was when the console passed through Singapore, and I had to pay a fair amount of duty. Be aware of this potential cost! Overall, great experience. I highly recommend them!
