      This just an observation, I opted to participate in the best offer, which I purchased the item for at a reduced price. I made the mistake,of asking the seller, a question. He proceeds to harangue me, with a barrage of negativity concerning his disdain for answering questions - He provided a tracking number, actually putting an item for sale exactly like the one, I purchased. Never ships I request a refund EBay follows through. Buyer Beware! Just an observation

      Buyer made offer, seller accepted offer. Buyer then asked, after he bought it, "Greetings,Hope all is well. Does the antenna function and do you know if it’s missing any wires thank you." Seller than canceled sale and issued refund as there is always a problem with buyers who ask questions after they purchase an item. Buyer fails to mention that he asked question after he purchased item and lies about requesting a refund from eBay. Buyer mad as he is now on my blocked bidder's list.

      This seller isn’t reputable,they sent me a offer ,I accepted and they printed out a shipping label USPS showing it was shipped however they never shipped item,I inquired after 8 days when they would ship and they told me it shipped with FedEx and provided me a tracking number that didn’t exist,I was eventually refunded

      Out of 198 transactions, this eBay user left 4 feedback's, 2 of which were negative!Here is what happened: Seller sold 2 items at the same time and sent buyer's item to the wrong buyer in CA. Seller explained exactly what happened, however, buyer's mental capacity was limited to the point where he could not grasp that something like this could ever happen and indicated that he would file a claim with eBay. Seller thereafter canceled the sale and issued a refund. BTW, I didn't send him an offer.
