The product came in a box and it was packed to keep things from flopping around in the box. I appreciate that. I know this is a used item but it came and was dirty. The plane was sticky, and bus was very dusty and had dirt build up on it around the balloon. I washed it off and it took me like 3 seconds to clean. So I'm not mad, but I would suggest a clean before you sell it next time. It came with all the pieces pictured. The item was used and in storage for quite a while. I did take a bit of time to wipe down the item before shipping. I realized there was quite a bit of dust on it but I had to get it shipped out before the mail went out that day. I thought I did a pretty good job, but I knew you would understand it was a used item and that may come with some cleaning. I didn't know about the plane, must have been from the sticker that was removed and I missed it. Thank you!
