    Wrong item was shipped. Seller asked me to purchase the unbranded, mis-delivered item for $40. Seller wanted me to pay return shipping on the wrong item. Difficult resolution! Seller finally sent a mere 9% refund on my reorder of the $60 original item. Didn't even offer free shipping. Poor customer service! I cannot recommend this seller!

    I said 5 times I was very sorry and made a mistake and I tried to correct it as fast as I could. I NEVER asked you to pay for shipping. I said that I would send you a returd label and I did. I gave you a discount You know what this does to my rating out of all the good feed backs I receive. Please remove it. I’m sure alot of people have read it. I am still Sorry that it did not go perfect. DP
