Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. No missing pages.

I chose a refund. I was disappointed as I was really wanting that book. However I got the refund I wanted. I just hope it wasn't sent to someone else who offered more after we agreed on a sale. I'll never know so I can't comment further. All I know is they communicated that and they were friendly.
