    Item was delayed in shipping but seller provided a tracking # and then it arrived the next day. The shaver head was not in original packaging but it looks new and looks like the correct item, exactly as described. It makes a loud grinding noise like another buyer mentioned, and it doesn't seem to shave very well or close. Maybe it needs to break in, I don't know. I'll keep it and see how it goes.
