    We are sorry that you are dissapointed with the Spene gemstone. The degree of lustre in a gem varies greatly according to price which also dictates it's quality. As stone dealers, in our experience, Sphene tends to be hazy with a lack the firey lustre of the more expensive variety. None the less they have their own beauty. We feel that the images reflected the quality and colour of the stone but we are happy for you to return the ring for a full refund if you are minded to do so. The Gem Studio
