      The shipping label was created 5 business days after the order was placed. After waiting a few days to see movement, I contacted the seller to see when they would get it shipped. No response. After the expected arrival date passed, I was able to contact EBay for a refund. However, the seller charged a “road improvement and food delivery fee” of $0.50 that was not refunded. Not a lot of money, but it’s annoying that they lacked communication and I wasn’t refunded 100%.
