I had high hopes for this stem. I really liked the look and strength but Unfortunately it failed and wouldn't tighten correctly onto my fork tube causing it to come loose everytime I hit a jump. Seems like a bad design flaw but I'm sure that once Lewis figures out the problem with the stem and correct it then it will preform and meet our mountain biking standards. Im sad to say i will be returning this item.

After I completed the purchase and paid for the item, the seller informed me afterwards that standard shipping was not possible and asked me to pay for a more expensive express option. Such conditions must be clearly stated before the purchase, not after the buyer has already made the payment. I consider this behavior unprofessional and misleading for the customer. For that reason, I would not recommend this seller.
