    Monitor arrived with missing power cord and base. Had to order universal parts off of Amazon so it could even be used. Box looked like it had been returned before with shipping labels cut of box and additional tape. Ordered this for a gift. Very embarrassed and disappointed. I waited several days before writing review in hopes that we could work something out but seller would not respond. I didn’t want to return item just refunded for additional parts I had to purchase.     Very disappointing experience. Item arrived incomplete , with the critical lens mount missing. Seller admitted it was unusual and promised to refund part of the cost so I could purchase replacement parts. After spending time and money to source the parts myself, I requested a reasonable $30 refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, the seller never issued the refund and stopped responding. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Would not buy from again.
