      I purchased shoes from the seller and they were new with tags, but after I received them, they were missing a buckle on each shoe. We were able to come to an agreement with a partial refund and I would keep the shoes. I was able to get enough of a refund to order another pair of shoes from another seller on eBay that had the buckle and I needed to make my shoe purchase from this seller complete. I am very happy.
