I tried all the fixes on the Internet including Microsofts site except for replacing the screen and still the problem remains. The shipper shipped fast and the price would have been great if it was as described.

However, I expect a refurbished PC to have a fresh install of Windows and not just a 'user ID' access. If this happens to you, for SECURITY, PLEASE search YouTube and do a TOTAL "RESET YOUR PC" video and FULL / CLEAN drive procedure ... or you WILL get hacked! All in All, still a fantastic bargain but please be aware of what you are doing.
