It was at that point that they responded and said that there was an issue with shipping and my order would arrive September 15th; 30 days after my original order! Unacceptable. Especially when this product is used during a critical time in the season. Even with the delivery time being pushed back, I decided to wait. Unfortunately, this company cancelled my order. smh
