    As I explainewd when you first contacted us, the computer was working properly for over a month in our store before we sold it on eBay, which is how we had photos of the item working in the listing. Unfortunately, sometimes electronics fail, in spite our testing and efforts to provide a quality product, so we accepted your request for a return. Your spiteful attitude won't serve you very well when others are courteous and respectful of you.
