      The coin I received was determined to be upgradable. Not by me. The owner of our local coin shop in Holly Hill, Fl couldn t make a final decision . So he call a friend who works as a grader at PCGS. Sent him pics and video of coin. He said because of the filings all around the obverse rim, the coin is upgradable. Pray you don t have to deal with Steve. Very disrespectful

      Allen, Steve has been a well-respected numismatist for 35+ years. Sorry that you and Steve didn't hit it off, but he shows respect when he gets respect. First you lied, stating that the coin was counterfeit. So, appreciate you correcting that mistake.
