The lens is very clean on the outside BUT the inner aperture blades are covered with oil and DO NOT function properly. I guess that is the part where they state it is “Untested”. In its current condition, this is a non-functional lens and will need a lot of cleaning. You just can’t see how oily the aperture blades are in the picture. The seller is rated extremely high but I should have looked to see how much camera gear they sell.
