    Equipment was well packed and worked upon receipt, but the seller sat on the order for ten days before actually shipping it. This gap could be solved if the seller only reported an item as shipped/track when they *actually transfer an item to the shipper*, instead of reporting a tracking number on creation before the shipping process has actually proceeded.

    It wasn't that we sat on it, the units themselves got lost and were misshipped somewhere that we couldn't track down. We bought 2 more, upgraded the software and sent them as quickly as we could. I apologize for the delay, but it wasn't intentional here.
