The listing stated that the item was brand new and unopened, which turned out to be misleading. The product had clearly been opened before — there were visible marks on the gamepad, the batteries were not working, and the contents didn’t match the original packaging. Even the console settings showed that it had been previously used. Overall, the console works fine (except for the batteries), but it’s disappointing that the sellerReply from: blues-32- Feedback replied by seller blues-32.- Feedback replied by seller blues-32.The listing did not say the console had been unopened. In fact, the listing photos themselves included photos of inside the box - which would have been impossible without opening it. The batteries were brand new, unused and still sealed. If they didn't work then that would be a failure on Microsoft's part, but I would have been willing to replace them had you contacted me. Instead the first I heard of any of this was this review. I can see you're new to eBay and you have a lot to learn.
