Phone call received two days later, supports no longer available. Spoke with seller today they will refund $40:00 for incomplete order, very pleasant easy people to deal with so will give positive for experience but only 3 stars for item description. Have dealt with seller previously(quite a few years ago) with no issues

The item delivered was not the item pictured. The pictures and description indicated a genuine part. The part that arrived was a cheap, unmarked, unlabelled, generic item. When I brought this up with the seller they said this was all they sold. Not good enough, dont use fake photos for the listing then? The communication style was also quite poor
