    The items were shipped quickly and packed very well. Unfortunately, they were covered in nicotine that could not be cleaned off and they smelled horribly of cigarettes. The seller did agree to accept a return and give me a full refund, but did not clarify that "full refund" included the original shipping. Without know if the original shipping would be refunded, the price to return was cost prohibitive for me as shipping both was was more than the item.
