        (In my opinion) Seller's description of number of items was misleading, ad stated 2-mugs came in a "lot". Attempts to find resolution with seller went unanswered as seller never responded.

        It's unfortunate the buyer didn't read the listing. Listing never stated "lot". I even messaged buyer after purchase and before shipping to confirm they understood they were only getting one of the two mugs. Listing was with multiple quantity showing the two available, as well as each individually photo'd. Buyer only purchased ONE MUG and never responded to my initial contact. Buyer therefore knew they were getting ONE MUG.

        Again, customer service level is/was lacking. Wording on ad was indeed misleading. Why else would seller feel the need to claim they emailed me prior to sending out the mug? Apparently, this same issue has most likely happened prior to my purchase with another buyer and this seller.
