I flagged no tracking information on 10/29 and received no response for many hours. Tracking was only added on today 10/30. I know this delay was on the seller as label was created for 3+ days but never received by UPS. This experience has made me entirely distrustful of any eBay seller, and I will continue to use Amazon or any other online seller, as this is my first and only experience.

The brand new bottles arrived quickly and well packed in a box and the expiration dates were all later than September 2026 -- over a year away! These are a GREAT DEAL! I ordered (9) bars of Dr. Squatch Soap, the seller shipped (3). When I messaged the seller from Emerald managment they automatically sent me a partial refund without any notification. Very disappointing. Don't know why these sellers are allowed to keep their accounts. Guess I should go back and read the fine print. This happens way to many times. That's all I have to say about that.
