    Seller sent BEAT SOLO HEADSET not BEAT STUDIO HEADSET. The headsets say the model on the side… I advise buyers to watch sellers who don’t accept returns & watch the seller’s customer service rate. Also less than 3 different photos is always a negative!

    Buyer purchaed item without knowing what they purchased. Buyer recieved refund and made it sound like evrything was settled. Buyer still left negative feedback trying to ruin my buisness. I always encourage people to ask questions if they dont feel they have enough information on the item. This buyer failed at that.
