My purchase was delayed in transit and when it finally "arrived" it was tossed out on the shoulder of the highway like litter. The so-called "proof of delivery" was falsified to say "left in storage unit." When FedEx is involved, I don't know WHEN I'll receive it or WHERE it will be "delivered," if I receive it at all. No positive feedback for putting your customers through the FedEx experience.
