We agreed to a number, and the refund was provided within moments. The quality of a seller is tested when problems arise, and this seller responded in the best possible way. For sure I would buy again from the same seller.

The on/off button, was stuck in that goo and broke when pressed down. Item won't work now. Can't return it either. Lesson learned about that blurb, will not use this seller again. Had purchased glassware over fifty years old on here (another seller) and it was perfect. Just because something is old, it does not mean that it is going to be useless, so I took a chance w/ this purchase - and it's just $$ down the drain.
