Once I powered it on it looked as if the screen didn't work but then I realized that it was on just super dark. I maxed out my brightness on my laptop settings & itl didn't make a difference. Using an external monitor, my computer worked perfectly so it's definitely the screen & not my graphics card. The company responded within 24 hours to my request for a return with multiple troubleshooting options & an offer to return or exchange.
