I started a return but seller urged me to try it. OK. Later, seller asked me to cancel my return while evaluating. I found out the hard way what seller knew upfront - eBay will not allow reopening a return (eBay, "That's just the way our system works."). Seller sent their own label - to LATVIA despite listing Houston as their address. They'd have my money and the vacuum.
