- -***i (9)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe device was not usable and not the IMEI the seller listed in their post. It was unusable by AT&T and it showed an unpaid balance on the device and could not activate. I message the seller immediately and they told me to wait 3-4 days and the problem was not resolved and waited another 2-3 days per the sellers request then asked to return and had to follow up many times for 2-3 weeks. I’m not confident these devices aren’t stolen.Reply from: hiasad_5yfpwb- Feedback replied by seller hiasad_5yfpwb.- Feedback replied by seller hiasad_5yfpwb.This buyer wanted a replacement item and does not want to follow ebay guidelines for a replacement process. We requested the buyer to open a return request for the item but the buyer instead kept on demanding for another unit. In order for the unit to be replaced, item needs to be shipped back first. Secondly all our devices come directly from AT&T, no third party involved and none of these items are stolen. Buyer has abused the feedback system and this will be reported to ebay.

After 7 hours of troubleshooting with AT&T support the device was confirmed t be defective and unable to be activated/receive eSIM data. Stay awayReply from: hiasad_5yfpwb- Feedback replied by seller hiasad_5yfpwb.- Feedback replied by seller hiasad_5yfpwb.WE have communicated with the customer back and forth, as the item is unable to be activated on AT&T, we have provided a free return label for the item and a full refund will be issued back to the buyer once we have the item back. This particular item from AT&T came without box and accesories and that has been mentione in descriotion and item has been sold open box not brand new. Item activation depends on customers phone and applcation activation,which only AT&T controls. Thank you
