Most times, when I brew, it brews cold coffee, and I wind up having to press the brew button numerous times for it to "brew" all of the water. Cold coffee is fine - if that's what you're expecting. Not the case with this coffee pot. SO sad that I got rid of my previous Keurig to upgrade to this faulty one!
