They received a refund before we even printed the label for this light. The damaged bulbs were notated in the title & description. We also discussed the bulbs with them before shipment and they said it was no problem, they could purchase new ones. They were 100% aware of all issues, and received it for free. We are sorry that it still did not work for them. We would be willing to purchase them a replacement if they responded to our messages. 6/23
