This is not a quality lift chair, but it appears that all electronic components are working as they should. Arm rests have padding that uses velcro to attach. The back "rest" of the chair uses a zipper to hold the padded part in place. The zipper used for this is of poor quality. No clothing item would use a poor quality zipper like this. I would not recommend purchasing this chair.
