- e***h (392)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasePurchased a PC listed with an RTX A2000 GPU, but the GPU was missing. I asked for a partial refund, explaining the GPU sells for $350–$450, and suggested $380. Seller instead offered only $75 and refused my compromise of $100, then withdrew their earlier proposal for a fair refund. I like the PC, but the listing was inaccurate and the seller was unwilling to resolve reasonably. Buyer beware. Horrible customer service / False listingsReply from: iitstech- Feedback replied by seller iitstech.- Feedback replied by seller iitstech. The ad was never supposed to have the gpu. Inserting the UPC for the item auto-generated that information. The $599 price was an obvious indicator that the gpu was not a part of this system. This is a fair price for the model you received and still I offered $75 as a courtesy for a mistake. You denied and wanted $100 that also hinged on a review. The most fair offer seemed to be a full refund so you could make another purchase of your choice. I'm sorry we cannot agree what is reasonable here.
