        Book arrived damaged from poor packing in bubble-envelope. Binding split at title-page, 1st page of next quire torn. Very thick book should've been boxed. Also, didn't disclose that dust jacket was partially covered in clear packing tape. Otherwise, prompt despatch and honoured prior offer.
