Honestly, that's not the way to go. The card was very poorly cared for. The deck shows some surface scratches. I don't know if it was scratched beforehand, or if it was scratched while the deck was being stored in the Top Loader without the corresponding Penny Sleeve, or if it was scratched while it was being removed from the Top Loader to add protection.
