This item is designed incorrectly. The industry standard is that the two tripod holes are arranged with the smaller, 1/4" hole at the front, and the larger 3/8" hole at the rear. On this item these are the wrong way 'round, so it does not fit on standard two-screw tripod plates without having to disassemble the plate and reverse the position of the screws. This is a total PITA and a design flaw Smallrig should have spotted.
