The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

The listing specified Windows 11, but mine arrived with Windows 10. After sending a message, Michael M responded right away and answered my question about upgrading to Windows 11.
